Jason Desrochers

Jason Desrochers has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director at Smugglers' Notch Resort since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Copley Hospital from October 2016 to May 2023. Jason also served as an HR Administrator at FairPoint Communications from May 2014 to September 2016. Before that, they worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at the Visiting Nurse Association of Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties from July 2013 to May 2014, and at Mass General Brigham - Salem Hospital from September 2006 to July 2013. Jason started their career as an Employment Specialist at JVS Boston from August 2003 to September 2006, and prior to that, they held the role of E&T Specialist II at the Vermont Department of Employment and Training from 1998 to 2003.

Jason Desrochers attended Union 32 High School from 1989 to 1995. Jason then went on to study at the University of Vermont from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English. Additionally, in January 2010, Jason obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
