Keith O'Loughlin

Keith O'Loughlin has an extensive work history, starting with their current role as Chief Executive Officer at Smyle, which they have held since January 2019. Prior to this, they also served as CEO at Smyle from February 2019.

Before joining Smyle, Keith worked at K& Consulting as a Consultant and Educator from May 2017 to December 2018.

Keith's earliest work experience was at TRO, where they held various positions over the years. Keith served as Chief Executive - TRO Group from January 2012 to May 2017. Before that, they were the Managing Director from February 2003 to December 2011. Keith also served as Client Services Director from February 1996 to February 2003, Account Director from May 1991 to January 1996, and Project Manager from January 1987 to April 1991.

Keith O'Loughlin's education history begins in 1984 when they attended Norwich City College. Keith pursued A levels in Geography and Economics, completing their studies in 1986. In 1988, they enrolled at The University of Manchester, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Geography. Following their undergraduate studies, Keith pursued further education at Omnicom University from 2012 to 2013. Keith obtained a degree in Organizational Leadership, known as SMP. Additionally, Keith has attained various certifications from the Institute of Directors (IoD) in Directorship. These certifications include Registered Director, Finance for non-finance director, and Registered Managing Director. Most recently, in 2021, Keith attended MHFA England, where they obtained a Mental Health First Aid certification.
