Gaetano Morea

Gaetano Morea began their work experience in 2005 as a Legal Advisor at Stella and Partners law firm, where they were involved in managing a consulting team focused on labor law and union relations. In 2007, they joined Ceias S.p.A. as a Human Resources Specialist, where they developed new methods for managing people and union relations. In 2008, they became the Head of HR, HSE, and Facility Management at Infrastrutture Trasporto Gas, a subsidiary of Edison SpA, where they implemented impactful HR policies and achieved significant improvements in employee satisfaction and HR-related issues. Gaetano then transitioned to the role of HR Business Partner and Global Mobility Specialist at Edison SpA until 2012. From 2017 to the present, Gaetano has held several positions at Snam S.p.A., including Regional HRBP Manager, People and Organization Director at Cubogas (a Snam Company), and currently as the People and Organization Director at Greenture (a Snam Company). In their roles at Snam, they have been responsible for supporting the CEO and Leadership Team in business and people strategy execution, driving recruiting, training, and people development processes, and designing and executing remuneration strategies and plans.

Gaetano Morea has a diverse education history. In 1999 to 2005, they obtained a Law degree with a focus on Labour Law from Università degli Studi di Bari. In 2008, they received a Diploma in new recruitment tools from Scuola di Palo Alto, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. In 2009, they completed a Certification of Completion in Global Mobility and Expatriations from ECA Italia s.r.l. In 2011, they obtained a Certification of Completion in Labour Law from Organismo di ricerca economico e giuridico and also received training in Human Rights and EU Labor Law from the United Nations Organization. In 2013, they earned a Certification of Completion in Organizational Leadership from The Oxford Group and a Diploma in Business and Social Skills from ESSEC Business School. Continuing their education, they completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from MIP Politecnico di Milano in 2014-2015 and a Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from 24ORE Business School in 2015-2016. Gaetano Morea recently obtained a Certification of Completion in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from SDA Bocconi in 2016-2017. In 2017, they also attained a Certification of completion in Data protection compliance under EU Regulation no. 679/2016 from 4cLegal.
