Pranav Naik

Pranav Naik has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pranav has held various positions in different organizations.

Pranav started their career at Amazon in 2004 as a Program Manager, where they managed a program consisting of over 60 services and 15 service teams. Pranav also built a team to expose the Single Global Platform's capabilities and API's as web services externally.

In 2006, Pranav joined Fitch Ratings as a Vice President, Implementation. Pranav was responsible for implementing an operational risk management solution for leading banks across the globe.

From 2007 to 2014, Pranav worked at Citigroup, initially as the Head of Compliance Technology Development Center of Excellence, where they led various technology programs related to compliance. Pranav later became the Vice President of Risk Management, overseeing risk management, information security, compliance, and audit support.

In 2014, Pranav joined Standard Chartered Bank as the Global Legal and Compliance Technology Head, focusing on financial crime control. Pranav implemented various solutions related to AML transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer due diligence, and compliance analytics.

After their time at Standard Chartered Bank, Pranav worked at Revolut as the Global Head of Financial Crime Compliance and Fraud Risk from 2020 to 2022. Pranav then joined Aspiration in 2022 with the same role before moving to Nubee - Caring for Care Givers, where they served as the Founder.

In 2023, Pranav started two new roles. Pranav became the Founder at opTmize and the Adjunct Professor at Manipal Institute of Technology. Pranav also joined Snap Finance as the Global Head of Risk Management and Operations.

Pranav Naik completed a Postgraduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at The University of Texas at Austin in 2023.
