Rhiana Barr

Rhiana Barr is the current Chief People Officer at Snap Finance. Prior to this, they were the Chief People Officer at Greenlane Holdings, Inc. from September 2021 to May 2022. Rhiana has also held the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Cetera Financial Group from May 2018 to November 2019.

Barr has extensive experience in human resources and has been a strategic business advisor to many different companies. Rhiana is known for their ability to create and deploy robust strategy roadmaps and toolkits in order to align with the company's strategic business plan. Rhiana has also lead pre-diligence, risk analysis, human capital integration and culture assessment activities for various growth initiatives.

Rhiana Barr graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems and Accounting. Rhiana then went on to obtain their MBA from the University of Phoenix.

They are on a team with Mario Gamboa - Chief Information Officer, Amol Patel - Chief Product Officer, and Colin Mccracken - Chief Marketing Officer. Rhiana Barr reports to Matt Hawkins, Founder & CEO.
