Anastacia Flores is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition Enablement at Snap Inc. Previously, Anastacia held the position of Head of DEI Hiring Strategy and Talent Operations at Guild Education and served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Technology and Data at ViacomCBS. Additional roles include Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at CBS Interactive and various leadership positions at Pandora and SiriusXM. Anastacia holds a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Davis.
