Austen Talbot

Austen Talbot is an experienced software engineer and founder with a robust background in leading technical teams and mentoring professionals. Currently at Snap Inc. as a Software Engineer and Uber Tech Lead, Austen drives the technical vision for Snap's business tools and has successfully implemented integration testing infrastructure. Previously, Austen founded KB Career Coaching, mentoring over 30 students in their career paths. Austen's experience at Netflix included leadership roles in cross-functional projects and enhancing agent efficiency. At Gladly, Austen improved customer service workflows and secured significant contracts while managing project teams. Austen's earlier roles involved contributions to performance enhancements at Asana and data analysis at Bates White Economic Consulting, where impactful findings supported major financial settlements. Austen holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University and has further training from Hack Reactor.
