Lei Shi

Lei Shi is currently the Director of Engineering at Snap Inc., where they support various teams in Core Growth across iOS & Android client, Backend, ML, and data engineering. Previously, Lei held leadership roles at Tinder, Airbnb, Facebook, and eBay, with experiences ranging from revenue pillar management to growth initiatives and data mining in R&D settings. Lei holds a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
