Shrikant Pandhare

Shrikant Pandhare is an experienced engineering manager specializing in security, currently working at Snap Inc. since December 2016, focusing on securing infrastructure at scale. Previously, Shrikant held significant roles at CodePath and Splunk, where responsibilities included mentoring and leading product security initiatives. At Oracle, Shrikant contributed as a principal member of technical staff, software development manager, and in various technical capacities overseeing critical security processes and managing teams. Early experience includes academic roles at Carnegie Mellon University and positions at Symantec and Neilsoft, where Shrikant developed automation and management solutions.
