Selly Balerina

Selly Balerina has a strong background in human resources and business development. Selly started their career in 2005 as a Proposal Specialist at Thiess Contractors Indonesia, where they worked until 2007. Selly then joined Petrosea as a Business Development Supervisor, where they stayed until 2010. Selly then worked at Resindo Group as an HR Manager from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, they became a Small Business Owner, managing their own business until 2017. Selly then joined Snapcart, first as a Country HR Manager from 2017 to 2019, and then as a Sr. People Operations Manager starting in 2019.

Selly Balerina completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Indonesia from 2006 to 2009. Selly has also obtained a Certification in Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from the Unika Atma Jaya Career Center in March 2022.
