Sylvia Sadlak, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success and Product Support Manager at Snappy since August 2020, Sylvia has previously held roles including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at TADS by Community Brands, where recognition as the 2019 Top Performer was achieved. From December 2010 to June 2016, Sylvia managed 12 programs with a $10 million annual budget at Futures in Education, supporting over 6,000 scholarship recipients. Additionally, Sylvia co-owned the Lower East Side Montessori School for a period in 2011-2013. Educational background includes an MBA from Baruch College and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Sociology from Vanderbilt University.
