Cécile Gourdon

A graduate of NEOMA Business School (formerly ESC Reims), Cécile Gourdon joined SNCF Group in 1992.

She has twice held the post of operational human resources manager, first in the Maintenance unit of the Rolling Stock division (1995-1998) and later at Paris Saint-Lazare station (2000-2004). She has also held more specialized positions, serving as head of recruitment and training for an SNCF region in 1999 and as HR planner for SNCF senior management between 2004 and 2007. From 2007 to 2011, she provided career and personal development advice to senior executives within SNCF Group, and from 2010 to 2014, she was director of human resources for SNCF Group’s Finance division.

In 2014, Ms Gourdon joined SNCF Logistics, comprising SNCF Group’s freight businesses Geodis, Ermewa, TFMM, and STVA, as head of management and human resources development. In June 2019, she was named Director of Human Resources at Fret SNCF, and on 1 September 2020, she became Director of Talent Management at Rail Logistics Europe as well.
