Moe Harrison

Moe is a native Floridian who graduated from Baylor in 1994 and has been in Texas ever since. He began his recruiting career with the Dallas office of The Lucas Group where he earned President's Club Honors as a producer and had his first management experience within the direct hire accounting/finance division. He later joined Robert Half International’s Dallas accounting and finance search division and again was a top producer. In 1998, Moe helped launch Q&A Recruiting as one of the three original partners, and together they built one of the largest and most successful recruiting firms in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In 2007, Q&A Recruiting was acquired by SNI Companies and its private equity partner, Gryphon Investors. Post-acquisition Moe took on the role of Regional Vice President where he helped to open the Houston market expanding SNI’s Texas presence in both contract and perm. In November 2020, Moe became President of SNI Companies. As President, he brings over 20 years of leadership experience, knowledge of the business, and an innovative approach to developing new verticals of opportunity to lead and direct the company’s continued growth.
