Sam Silver has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sam began their career as a Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Stafford in 1983 and worked until 2000. Following this role, Sam worked as a Health Science Clinical Instructor for Spring Branch ISD from 1998 to 2004. Sam then joined Katy ISD as an EMS Course Coordinator, where they developed and coordinated EMS courses at all district high schools and instructed EMS classes from 2004 to 2008.
In 2008, Sam moved on to become a Health Science Instructor at Columbus High School until 2015. Most recently, Sam has been working as the Director of Career and Technology at Snook ISD since 2015.
Sam Silver has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Emergency Management Administration from West Texas A&M University, which was obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, Sam also earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Emergency Management from the same institution. Additionally, Sam holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education from Prairie View A&M University, which was completed between 1996 and 1998.
