Jennifer Spence

Jennifer Spence, MD, FAAFP, CPE has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer is currently serving as the Medical Director of Ambulatory Care and Experience at Snoqualmie Valley Health. Prior to this, they worked as a Healthcare Consultant at Jennifer Spence, MD, PLLC.

Dr. Spence held several positions at Swedish, including Chief Medical Officer, Physician, Chief of Staff for the Swedish Health System, and Chief of Staff for the Elect at Swedish Medical System. Jennifer also served as the Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff Elect at Swedish Medical Center, Issaquah. Additionally, they worked as a Medical Director for Swedish Medical Group-Issaquah.

Before their time at Swedish, they were a Physician-owner at Lakeside Family Physicians, PLLC. Jennifer also worked as a Physician at Group Health Cooperative and started their career as a Resident at Swedish Family Medicine.

Jennifer Spence, MD, FAAFP, CPE holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology, which they obtained from the University of California, Davis in 1995. Jennifer then went on to earn their Medical Doctor (MD) degree from the University of Louisville in 2000. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with an expected completion date in 2024. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Jennifer completed their high school education at Dublin High School from 1987 to 1991.
