Alexander H.

Alexander H. has had a diverse work experience in the tech and payments industry. Alexander started their career at NTT DATA Services, working as a Business Systems Analyst and later as a Software Engineer. In these roles, they evaluated potential vendors for a new core banking system and built Microservices to connect a new core banking software to an existing banking ecosystem.

Alexander then moved on to TransferMate Global Payments, where they first worked as a Product Associate and later as a Product Manager. In these positions, they delivered end-to-end product features and provided guidance for payments platform development, including an IT migration and treasury operations.

Currently, Alexander is working at Snowfall as a Payments Product Manager. Alexander is responsible for building a global payments platform for the travel industry and ensuring its success through foreign exchange, local payments, and multi-currency addressable accounts. Alexander has since been promoted to the role of Senior Payments Product Manager, where they have more ownership of the overall product direction and collaborates closely with other product lines to meet their payments needs.

Overall, Alexander has gained experience in product management, payments, stakeholder management, software engineering, and vendor evaluation throughout their career.

Alexander H. completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Product Management at Technological University Dublin from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Information Systems from Dublin Business School. Alexander also holds an MSc in FinTech with a specialization in Financial Technology from the National College of Ireland. Additionally, Alexander has studied Computer Science at Technological University Dublin.

In terms of certifications, they have completed the following courses: "Pass the Technical Interview with Java Skill Path," "Learn Java Course," and "Study for the AP Computer Science A Exam (Java) Skill Path" from Codecademy. Alexander also obtained a certification in "Blockchain for Business - An Introduction to Hyperledger Technologies" from The Linux Foundation and completed the "Introduction to R" course from DataCamp.
