Kirsty Nelson

Kirsty Nelson is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Attraction at Snyk since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kirsty held the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Raft from June 2023 to July 2024, focusing on innovative recruitment strategies for the logistics technology sector. Kirsty's extensive background includes significant roles at IBM, where responsibilities spanned across EMEA and global strategy in talent acquisition, achieving talent delivery exceeding 2500 annually. Previous experience also includes leadership positions at Cisco, DigitasLBi, Microsoft, Cititec Associates, Hamilton Blake Recruitment, and SThree plc. Kirsty holds a Ba (Hons) in Urban Studies and Town Planning from The University of Sheffield and a MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Brighton.
