Melissa May

Melissa May has a strong background in human resources and people experience. Melissa is currently the Senior Director of People Experience & Operations at ESO, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of People Experience & Operations at ESO from October 2019 to August 2021. Before joining ESO, Melissa worked at OnRamp as the Director of Human Resources from August 2016 to September 2018, where they were responsible for all things people-related. Melissa also served as the Human Resources Manager at OnRamp from July 2014 to August 2016. Melissa's experience also includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Neiman Marcus from August 2013 to July 2014 and as an Employee Relations & Training Manager at QVL Pharmacy Holdings, Inc. from January 2011 to May 2013. Melissa began their career at Central Market, H-E-B in various HR professional roles from June 2003 to January 2011.

Melissa May earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration from St. Edward's University from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in December 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) Certification from HRCI in May 2014.
