Asem Abdelfattah

Asem Abdelfattah is a Technical Account Manager at SOCi, Inc. since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in customer success and project management. Previously, as a Customer Success Manager I at BigCommerce, Asem managed over 55 enterprise ecommerce merchants, achieving a 99% MRR retention rate and increasing LTV through strategic upsells and cross-sells. Asem also held the position of Project Manager at The Tropolitan, where multiple successful projects led to cost reductions and increased ad revenue. With a background in journalism at Troy University, Asem contributed significantly to the university’s publications, while an early role as a Digital Marketing Intern at Pimula Agency showcased skills in enhancing web traffic and social media engagement. Asem is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Islamic Economics and Finance at Guidance College, building upon previous educational achievements including a Master of Arts in Economics from Troy University.
