Richard Boehmcke

Supervisor, Customer Success at SOCi

Richard Boehmcke currently serves as Supervisor of Customer Success at SOCi, Inc., starting in March 2024. Previously, at PEX, as Director of Customer Success, Richard revamped the employee bonus program and achieved a significant increase in Software as a Service marketplace app installs. At ClearVoice, Richard grew the Customer Success management team while increasing annual recurring revenue and customer retention rates. Richard's experience also includes roles as Senior Success Manager and Head of Account Management, where significant account growth and customer satisfaction were achieved. Richard co-founded The Local Wit and contributed to curriculum development at Salesforce.com, enhancing client training and retention. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Arizona State University and a Certificate of Language in Italian from Centro Liguistico Instituto Dante Alighieri.
