Faisal Baqais

Faisal Baqais is an experienced professional in project management and strategic development, currently serving as the Director of Planning and Development at Social Development Bank since May 2021. Prior to this role, Faisal worked as a Senior Digital Project Manager at Al Rajhi Bank and held key positions including Head of Project Management at a confidential company and Project Manager at Bidaya Home Finance, where Faisal contributed to the establishment of the company and oversaw critical project deliveries. Notably, during the tenure at Bank Aljazira, Faisal managed multiple projects, received the 'Best Employee 2014' award, and played a significant role in centralizing credit card issuing and launching new financial products. Faisal began the career at SABB and holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Arab Open University.
