Local Researcher at Social Impact

Uugantsetseg Gonchigdorj is an experienced consultant and researcher with a focus on youth situational analysis and evaluations of health programs. Currently serving as a Consultant at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Uugantsetseg is analyzing youth employment in Mongolia. Additional positions include Local Researcher at Social Impact, where Uugantsetseg evaluates the MCA-Mongolia Water Compact, and National Expert at IZI SpA, contributing to the evaluability assessment of the UNICEF Mongolia Country Program. Previous experience includes roles with FAO as an Evaluation Specialist and Evaluator, involvement in community-led monitoring with SKPA Mongolia, and a Gender expert position at UNDP Mongolia, focusing on social media impacts on women in politics. Uugantsetseg holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the National University of Mongolia and a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Finance and Economics.
