Krista Cousins

Krista Cousins has held a variety of roles in the past five years. In 2020, they began working for SMI Aware as an Analyst Manager and Open Source Intelligence Analyst. From 2018 to 2019, they were an Intelligence Analyst and Project Leader: Student Analyst contracted through the Ridge College of Intelligence Studies and Applied Sciences to a competitive intelligence firm. In 2019, they were a Marketing Intern at Superior Tire & Rubber Corp, where their responsibilities included creating a marketing profile, marketing ledger, marketing calendar, participating in meetings, creating social media content, and keeping a social media dashboard. In 2017, they worked as a Health Program Aide at the Cattaraugus County Health Dept, where they managed and developed the mosquito aide program. Finally, in 2016, they were a Work Study Student at the Mercyhurst University Institute of Arts & Culture.

Krista Cousins obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Competitive Intelligence with Social Media and Web Minor and Marketing Minor from Mercyhurst University between 2016 and 2020. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: a Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite Academy in November 2018 and a Social Media Certification from HubSpot Academy in July 2019.
