Deborah Mudway has over 13 years of work experience in marketing. Deborah began their career in 2007 as the Head of Marketing for KPMG's Tax & People Services, where they were responsible for a team of 7, P&L and marketing of over 70 services. Deborah was able to create £3M in leads and prospects with a new website and inbound demand generation. In 2008, they moved on to become the Head of International Marketing (EMEA & Australia) for Domestic & General, where they set up a new marketing function across Europe & Australia. Deborah then moved on to Synapse Leadership Innovation in 2010, where they served as Marketing Director, developing value propositions, branding & collateral, website creation and UX, social media planning, product & pricing. In 2013, Deborah became Marketing Director for Liberis UK, where they built a strategy and team to drive 80% YOY growth, leading digital & data transformation for multi-channel acquisition. Deborah then moved on to Bink in 2015, where they served as Marketing Director, creating stories, assets and integrated campaigns to nudge customers along the customer decision journey. In 2016, Deborah moved on to become the Chief Marketing Officer for For Good Causes UK, a tech start-up turning loyalty currency into donations to charity & raising £500M in 5 years. Deborah then moved on to Samsung Electronics in the same year, where they served as Head B2B Marketing Strategy & Planning, creating a UK B2B marketing strategy to drive market share and 30% revenue growth in mobile (& SaaS). In 2019, Deborah became Marketing Director for LANDBAY, a Deloitte Top 20 fastest growing tech companies in UK, with a new approach to finance for professional landlords. Deborah was a member of the Executive leadership team, building marketing capability to support rapid scale and 100% YOY revenue increase. In 2021, Deborah moved on to become the Interim Marketing Director for eConsult Health, and in 2022 they became the Marketing Director for Social Value Portal.

Deborah Mudway's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in International Business & French from Aston University, which they completed in 1997. Additionally, in 1995-1996, they completed an International Business Management degree from Ecole Superieure des Sciences Commerciales d'Angers in International Marketing. Deborah also holds a Certificate in Exercise Nutrition from Precision Nutrition (2020), Social Media Marketing from Digital Mums (2020), AI for Beginners from Coursera (2020), Global Environmental Management from DTU - Technical University of Denmark (2020), and Chartered Institute Personnel & Development from CIPD (2000).
