Rachel Miller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachel started their career as a Student Assistant at The University of Akron in 2015 and later became a Marketing and Sales Assistant at The University of Akron - UA Solutions. In 2016, they interned as a Marketing and Sales intern at UA Solutions before joining RMS Investment Group, LLC as a Marketing and Events Intern in 2017. Rachel also worked as a Marketing & Sales Intern at Inca Tea during the same year.

In 2018, Rachel joined Raymond James as a Marketing Project Coordinator and then transitioned to the role of an Account Executive in 2019.

In 2021, Rachel joined BrightEdge as an Associate Customer Success Manager, where they supported customer success initiatives. Later in 2022, they became a Customer Success Manager at BrightEdge, where they managed a book of 60 customers and was responsible for various customer engagements throughout the customer lifecycle.

Rachel's most recent role is as a Customer Success Manager at Socialive, a position they started in 2022.

Rachel Miller completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing Management - Integrated Marketing Communications from The University of Akron from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including "Communicating with Empathy" from LinkedIn in April 2022, "Women Transforming Tech: Breaking Bias" from LinkedIn in March 2022, "BrightEdge Professional Certification" from BrightEdge in February 2021, "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn in January 2021, and "Google Analytics for Beginners" from Google in February 2021.
