Gerard Fiot

Gerard Fiot, ing. PMP, possesses extensive experience in project management and asset management across various industries. Currently serving as Directeur d'études - Gestion des actifs, études et projets spéciaux at Société de transport de Montréal since November 2018, Gerard also held the role of Principal Project Director for Bus and Surface Major Projects. Prior to this, Gerard was the National Director of Project Management for Bell Canada's accounts at BGIS and SNC-Lavalin, overseeing annual budgets exceeding 140M$ and managing a PMO with over 80 professionals. Experience also includes leadership roles at American Iron & Metal, The SM Group International, Ultramar Canada, The Timken Company, and Shell, with responsibilities ranging from engineering and construction management to business development and strategic market engagement. Gerard holds a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
