Aleksina Jovic

Aleksina Jovic is a Systems Engineering student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where Aleksina is also pursuing a minor in the Hoeft Technology and Management Program. Currently serving as a Member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers since March 2021 and previously in leadership roles such as Vice President and Social Events Director, Aleksina focuses on fostering connections within the organization. As a member of the Society of Women Engineers, Aleksina organized the Night of Networking event featuring industry leaders. Future experience includes a Project Consultant role at Boeing and a Business Analyst Intern position at Synchrony, where Aleksina contributed to innovative AI strategies in fintech. Past internships at United Airlines provided opportunities for hands-on experience with digital content systems, analytics, and emerging technology within a team environment, while research efforts under Professor Molly H at the university explored generative design rationale.
