Serena Beck is a Technical Writer with experience working at Haemonetics Corporation, Society for Technical Communication, and Shana Corporation. Currently serving as President of the Canada West Coast Chapter at STC, Serena has also worked as a Freelance Magazine Writer for various publications. With a Bachelor of Applied Communications Degree in Professional Writing from Leslie Nielsen School of Communications, Serena specializes in writing and revising SOPS, WIs, User Guides, and System Administration manuals for hardware medical devices and software, as well as training internal staff on procedures, processes, and software.
