Aspen Reyes

Aspen Reyes has a diverse work experience. They started as a Graduate Research Assistant at High-Performance Materials Institute in May 2021 and are currently in this role. They also work at FAMU-FSU College of Engineering as a Doctoral Student since June 2022, and previously served as a Master Thesis Student from August 2021 to June 2022. In addition, Aspen has worked as a Graduate R&D Intern at Sandia National Laboratories since May 2022. They are also currently serving as the President of SAMPE since April 2022. Prior to their current positions, Aspen worked at Ulta Beauty as a Prestige Sales Manager from August 2020 to November 2020, and as a Prestige Beauty Advisor from September 2018 to August 2020.

Aspen Reyes earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Materials Engineering from Florida State University between 2014 and 2018. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Manufacturing Engineering at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, from 2021 to 2025.
