Melisa Loewe

Melisa Loewe is an experienced education and program specialist currently working at the Society of American Foresters since March 2020. Prior to this role, Melisa was the owner and lead instructor at Celebration Art Glass from February 2015 to January 2020, where art glass instruction focused on creativity and engagement for a diverse age range. Additionally, Melisa served as President and CEO of the Washington School of Photography/Washington ArtWorks from December 1999 to June 2016, overseeing a significant budget while promoting art education for underserved communities. Melisa holds a JD from Purdue Global Law School, an MS in Nonprofit Management from Eastern University, and a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
