Carson Boneck

Carson Boneck, CFA, currently serves as Chief Data Officer and Quant Research/Data Scientist at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. since July 2016, and holds the position of Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Society of Quantitative Analysts since July 2021. Prior experience includes Managing Director and Global Head of Investment Management at S&P Global Market Intelligence from May 2008 to May 2016, and Senior Director of Quantitative Research at QSG from November 2004 to January 2008. Earlier in the career, Carson worked as a Quantitative Analyst at Schwab Soundview Capital Markets, contributing to quantitative research initiatives from April 2002 to October 2004, and held the role of Group Manager & Consultant at The Alcar Group from May 1997 to November 2001. Carson holds a BS in Finance, International Business, and Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington, attended from 1993 to 1997.
