Jean-Jacques Laham has diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jean-Jacques began their career as an intern at L'Oréal in 2003. In 2004, Laham joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Associate and Project Manager, where they managed various strategic projects for C-Suite clients and Private Equity groups across industries such as media, telecommunications, aeronautics, automotive, and energy. Laham worked at Booz Allen Hamilton until 2010.

Afterwards, Laham joined Sodexo, starting as a Corporate Strategic Planner and later becoming a Corporate Development Manager. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Client Relations Executive within the Africa Middle East Central Asia Australia (AMECAA) Business Unit. Jean-Jacques subsequently became the Head of Strategic Planning for Energy & Resources in the North Sea and Noram. In 2017, Laham took on the role of Operations Solutions Director for Energy and Resources and later became an Account Director. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Transformation Director, responsible for reshaping the Continental Europe Region, defining strategic roadmaps, and managing strategic projects.

Currently, Laham holds the position of Global Program Management Office Director at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, starting in December 2022. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and managed cross-functional teams.

Jean-Jacques Laham attended Saint Louis de Gonzague-Franklin from 1985 to 1998, where they obtained a Baccalaureat Mention "Tres bien". Jean-Jacques then went on to attend Lycée Sainte-Geneviève from 1998 to 2000, specializing in Preparatory School to French Grande Ecoles. In 2000, they enrolled at HEC Paris, graduating in 2004. In 2002, they briefly studied Business Administration and Management at Esade.
