Kav Mahdavian

Kav Mahdavian currently serves as the Vice President of Commercial Strategy & Growth (Seniors) at Sodexo, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Mahdavian spent over four years at Siemens Healthineers, starting as a Commercial Lawyer and eventually advancing to Head of Strategy & Business Development for Value Partnerships in the Americas. This role included leading a diverse team and focusing on business growth strategies. Mahdavian also held positions as Principal Consultant & Business Development Manager and Director of Strategy & Corporate Development during tenure at Siemens, successfully shifting from a legal background to a more customer-facing, sales-oriented approach. Educationally, Mahdavian obtained a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, along with an exchange program at Leiden University.
