Kidd Buffington has extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as Director of Culinary and Product Development at Sodexo since April 2006, where responsibilities include supporting the Mayo Clinic/Sodexo partnership. Previous roles include Executive Chef at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, overseeing annual sales of $9 million and a staff of over 120, as well as serving as Senior Executive Chef at Morrison Healthcare from April 2018 to May 2023. Buffington's career also features positions at Sodexo and Marriott Management Services, notable for enhancing customer satisfaction and financial performance.
