Michelle Steck

Michelle Steck, SPHR, SCP, GMS, CPHR, currently serves as the Senior Director of International Mobility & Relocation Services at Sodexo, a position held since October 2007, where responsibilities include providing strategic HR consultation for corporate staff and international assignees, as well as overseeing organizational development, employee relations, and global mobility programs. Previously, Michelle held roles as HR Manager at Kistler Instrument Corp. and Sodexho USA, and gained foundational HR experience at Azerty Incorporated and Avery Dennison. Michelle's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University at Buffalo School of Management.
