Daniel Gershuni has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Daniel is currently a Product Market Fit Consultant at Sodyo, a role they began in June 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of DBG Consultancy starting in May 2023.

From 2018 to 2023, Daniel was involved with Uptime.com, a website uptime and performance monitoring vendor. Daniel co-founded the company in 2018 and held various roles including Co-Founder, COO/Co-Founder, and Chief Product Officer/Co-Founder. Daniel played a key role in developing the company's product roadmap, overseeing product development, and securing partnerships with notable customers.

In 2014, Daniel co-founded OwnBackup, a B2B backup and restore vendor. Daniel held positions such as Co-Founder, Chief Product Officer/Co-Founder/Board Member, and VP Sales & Product/Co-Founder. During this time, they managed the product roadmap, led sales efforts, and formed strategic partnerships.

Daniel also has experience as a VP Products at Beyond Verbal Communication - WE ARE HIRING from 2016 to 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Henry Stewart Talks as the Manager of Product Development & User Experience from 2007 to 2014. Their responsibilities included overseeing the development of an e-learning product and managing a team of external development partners.

In 2001, Daniel worked as a New Product Developer at DBG Inventions, where they created a novel computer keyboard and submitted a patent application. Daniel also presented their innovation to major keyboard makers. Furthermore, they worked as a Human Factors Engineering & Usability Consultant at DBG Consulting from 2004 to 2006, conducting usability assessments and collaborating on the design of healthcare devices.

Daniel's early career includes a role as a Strategist at Razorfish NYC - Internet Consulting in 2000. Overall, they have extensive experience in product development, sales, strategic consulting, and usability assessments.

Daniel Gershuni has a strong educational background in both business and human factors/ergonomics. Daniel completed their B.Sc in Business & Information Systems at NYU Stern School of Business from 1996 to 2000. After that, from 2002 to 2006, they pursued their MSc in Human Factors/Ergonomics at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. In 2003, they earned credits towards their MSc in Human Factors from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Before their undergraduate studies, Daniel attended Pardess Chana Agricultural High School from 1995 to 1996, and prior to that, they attended La Jolla High School from 1993 to 1995. These high school experiences demonstrate their early education.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Daniel obtained certification as a ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in October 2015. This certification suggests their expertise in agile project management.
