Farah has held various leadership positions at companies like Orange, Nokia Solutions and Networks, and Lucent Technologies, where they managed teams, optimized budgets, and led strategic initiatives. Farah's expertise includes driving sales achievements, managing financial performance, and building global partnerships. Farah has a proven track record of success in operational and financial management, customer satisfaction, and project delivery.

Farah CHERIF holds an Engineering degree in Electrical and Computer Science Engineering from ENIT, completed in 1996. Farah went on to pursue a Postgraduate degree (DEA) in System Analysis and Digital Processing from ENIT between 1995-1997. Farah also completed certifications in ITIL V3 Edition 2011 Foundation from APM Group UK in 2014 and in TMForum Foundation: Frameworx | eTOM | SID | TAM from TMForum in 2017. In 2022, they obtained a Certificate of Deep Tech for Business from Télécom Paris, focusing on a range of topics including Cloud, Edge Computing, Deep learning, Cybersecurity, Cryptography, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing. Additionally, they completed training programs in WebMethod "Design and Implementation" from Valtech in 2001 and in JAVA "Advanced development with Java" from Valtech in 1998.
