The leadership team of Softcat has experience in customer fulfilment, director and ownership positions, sales management, and corporate commercial law. They have worked for companies such as IBM, Kitkase Ltd, Insight, Equanet, PC World Business, and DWF. The team members have also been involved in various aspects of IT helpdesk, IT services, and business analysis. In terms of education, the team has degrees in business information technology, biochemistry, business and information technology, psychology, management studies with French, and chemistry.
