Marie Rodgers

Marie Rodgers, MBA, serves as the Director of Learning & Talent Development at Softchoice since August 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing employee development from onboarding to performance enablement. In this role, Marie has built a multi-year roadmap addressing retention and engagement while actively contributing as a member of the XM Council. Previously, Marie held positions at Softchoice as Director of Learning & Development and Manager of Learning & Sales Enablement, where initiatives included founding a strategic team and revamping the Sales Academy program. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of People Development at Top Hat, where Marie designed comprehensive onboarding and coaching programs, and as Head of Learning & Development: Sales at FedEx Express, leading training initiatives across sales education. Educational credentials include an MBA from Queen's University and a BA in Psychology and Business from Western University.
