Indushan Udayanga has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Indushan started their career at Nenasala Sri Lanka in 2008 as a Computer Technician, where they gained experience in installing and maintaining Windows systems, as well as working with various IT tools. In 2011, they joined Sporting Times as a Computer Operator, where they worked until 2014. In this role, they likely gained additional experience in computer operations and maintenance. In 2014, Indushan joined Eastlink as a Technical Assistant, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining cash-deposited machines, troubleshooting operational issues, and coordinating with IT developers. In 2016, they joined Softlogic Life as a Network Support Engineer, where they provided technical support to users, installed and configured various Microsoft products, maintained virus guard servers, and fixed network faults. Throughout their career, Indushan has also gained experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper V, as well as TCP/IP, subnetting, proxy, and VOIP configuration and management.
Indushan Udayanga's education history is as follows:
In 1997 to 2007, they attended Thurstan College in Colombo 03 and completed their G.C.E. A/L examination in the Maths Stream.
In 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Diploma in Computer Studies from the Association of Computer & Information Technologists of Lanka.
From 2008 to 2015, they studied Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at the Open University of Sri Lanka.
In 2017 to 2019, they obtained a Diploma in Network Administration from the National Youth Services Council, specializing in Infrastructure Systems, Networking, and Security.
From 2020 to 2022, they pursued a LID Higher Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering at Londontec City Campus.
In 2022, they graduated from Wrexham University with a BSc. (Hons) degree in Computer Networks & Security, specializing in Information Technology.
