Amy Kostek

Amy Kostek, MBA, is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director, Industry Success Analyst & Enablement at SoftServe since November 2021. Kostek leads business development for new industry solutions and collaborates with various teams to enhance client engagement and support industry research. Previously, as Senior Director at Conduent, Kostek established an Inside Sales department that generated significant pipeline results. At ADP, Kostek held multiple leadership roles in sales, focusing on launching new business units and improving salesperson productivity. Additional experience includes coaching collegiate volleyball at Penn State New Kensington and teaching MBA courses, alongside previous positions in sales management and marketing across various industries. Kostek is pursuing a PhD in Business Leadership at the University of the Cumberlands.
