Gilbert Ginn

Gilbert Ginn, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service operations and project management within the IT sector. Currently serving as Senior Director for Service Operations & Post-Merger Integration at SoftwareONE since 2012, Gilbert plays a key role in integrating newly acquired companies, ensuring service continuity and revenue growth. Previously, as Director of PMO & Service Operations, Gilbert leveraged deep publisher knowledge in Microsoft, VMware, and other major platforms to deliver world-class professional services. Prior experience includes leadership roles at En Pointe Technologies, the City and County of San Francisco, and co-founding IT consulting firms. Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pacific Union College, with additional studies at San Francisco State University and the University of California, Berkeley.
