Ray Dai

Ray (Bingqing) Dai has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ray(Bingqing) began their career in 2009 as an IT Support at KStar Australia Pty Ltd, followed by a role as a Quality Assurance Tester at Tru Blu Entertainment in 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at NextGen.Net as an Implementation Developer and then as a Development Lead.

In 2015, Ray joined OzForex as a Software Developer, where they created and improved IT product solutions, primarily focusing on front-end development. Ray(Bingqing) also collaborated with DevOps to automate asset pipeline solutions and implemented hybrid solutions for web and mobile applications.

From 2016 to 2017, Ray worked at MYOB as a Senior Web Engineer, building new modular online tax cloud capabilities and developing microservices and single-page applications. Ray(Bingqing) was also involved in DevOps and infrastructure management using AWS.

Ray(Bingqing) then joined AgriDigital in 2017 as a Tech Lead, overseeing technical aspects of projects and providing leadership. In 2019, they joined Ansarada as a Frontend Architect, playing a key role in creating architecture and design for the future platform and products. Ray(Bingqing) also had responsibilities in knowledge sharing, process improvement, and working with cross-functional teams.

In 2020, Ray joined Nano Home Loans as the Front End Architect and Head of Engineering, contributing to frontend architecture and leading the engineering team. Currently, they serve as the Head of Engineering at SoftwareOne, a role they took in September 2021.

Ray (Bingqing) Dai has a strong educational background in the field of technology and information technology. In 2003, they enrolled at Nanjing University of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Information Science and Technology. Ray(Bingqing) successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2007.

Motivated to further their knowledge and skills, Ray (Bingqing) Dai then joined UNSW in 2007 to pursue a Master's degree in Information Technology. Ray(Bingqing) dedicated herself to this program for two years and successfully completed it in 2009.

In recent years, Ray (Bingqing) Dai has continued to enhance their expertise through various certifications. In February 2023, they obtained a certification in "Cybersecurity at Work" from LinkedIn. Following that, in April 2023, they acquired additional certifications including "Introducing Semantic Kernel: Building AI-Based Apps" and "Leading Your Team Through Change," both from LinkedIn. Moreover, they also obtained the certification for "What Is Business Analysis?" in February 2023, also from LinkedIn.
