Bonifacia II Monato has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. BONIFACIA II first worked as a Middle School Teacher at Don Jose Ecleo Memorial Foundation College of Science and Technology from June 2018 to July 2021. During this time, they created self-learning modules for college courses and maintained a professional classroom environment.

BONIFACIA II then transitioned to the customer service field and worked as a Call Center Representative at Alorica from September 2021 to December 2021. Following this, they joined Teleperformance as a Customer Service Specialist from November 2022 to February 2023, where they assisted clients with credit card issues and provided technical support.
