Joey Hosier

Joey Hosier is an experienced payment systems and customer experience professional currently serving as the Head of Payment Systems at Soho House & Co since September 2023. Prior to this role, Joey spent 14 years at Marks and Spencer, progressing through various positions including Payment Proposition Manager, Purchase Experience Development Manager, Service Project Manager, and Customer Experience Manager. Throughout these roles, Joey has led significant change programs, developed innovative payment solutions, and enhanced customer experiences by leveraging technology and data analysis. Joey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Kent and completed high school education at Bexley Grammar School.
