Jennifer Egan

Jennifer Egan is the current VP and Controller at Sojern. Prior to their current role, Jennifer served as the Controller at Mister Car Wash from January 2018 to December 2019. Before their time at Mister Car Wash, Jennifer was the Chief Accounting Officer at CURO Financial Technologies Corp from January 2011 to December 2018. In this role, they were a key member of the Executive Management Team and integral to the accelerated IPO process. Additionally, Jennifer was responsible for global accounting for the company, including consolidations, internal and external reporting, and investor relations. Jennifer also led process and system improvements, including the implementation of Hyperion Financial Management, Workiva reporting software and Corcentric A/P software.

From January 2008 to December 2011, Jennifer served as the Director of Finance at Epiq. In this role, they were responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and reporting for the company.

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Jennifer began their career as an accountant at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1996. Jennifer then went on to hold various finance roles at companies such as WebSideStory Inc., eLuxury.com LLC, and SupportSoft Inc. before joining Epiq in 2008.

Jennifer Egan is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Jennifer Egan received a BSBA in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
