Chris Schubert has over 17 years of experience in human resources management. From 2001 to 2016, they worked at Penn Stainless Products, where they managed HR functions such as talent acquisition, HR policy design, and employee relations. Chris also created and maintained HR manuals and programs and ensured compliance with various regulations. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the HR Manager at Temperatsure Inc, overseeing HR and payroll operations for multiple locations. Currently, since 2018, they are the Director of Human Resources at Solar Atmospheres, responsible for providing comprehensive HR and payroll services for multiple divisions and locations nationally. Chris has conducted deep dives to analyze existing procedures and identify areas for improvement at Solar Atmospheres.
