Fasm Roger Jones

Roger Jones, FASM, has extensive experience in the commercial vacuum heat treating industry, currently serving as CEO Emeritus at Solar Atmospheres, Inc., a position held since January 1983. Under Roger Jones's leadership, the company specializes in various processes including brazing, carburizing, nitriding, and coatings, operating two facilities in Pennsylvania and one in California. Previously, Roger Jones held the role of Vice President of Operations and later Corporate President from 2000 to 2017. Roger Jones's educational background includes a high school diploma from Phil Mont Christian Academy, completed in 1974, as well as studies at Hocking College in the same year.
