Danielle Parker

Coming from an activist and educational background, Danielle joined the team at Solar for Schools in autumn 2022. Prior to her 12 years of teaching in the UK and beyond, including as far afield as South Korea and Ecuador, Danielle has studied to Masters level, and travelled far and wide. Her skill in bringing people together, and collaborating with other educators, creatives and community groups, means she’s a brilliant person to build teams and make things happen. Based in Birmingham, Danielle is looking forward to visiting many of their schools in the region as their School Ambassador.

Outside of work, Danielle likes staying active at the gym, playing squash, or hiking and finds her peace and joy practicing yoga, dancing, listening to music and travelling whenever she can.
