Our diverse and unique backgrounds are all given a voice and seat at the table to help make real change for the communities we serve.    For more about Solar Landscape, visit www.solarlandscape.com.   About The Role   We are seeking an experienced Community Solar Subscriber Operations Director to join Solar Landscape, a leading renewable energy company focused on providing sustainable solar solutions. As a Director of Community Solar Subscriber Operations, you will play a crucial role in building Solar Landscape’s internal Subscriber Operations strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage strategic initiatives for subscriber operations including leading team meetings, providing support, and guiding collaboration across functions to ensure goals are met on time.
  • Work closely on dashboard, exception management and KPIs to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Generate inputs and analyses for internal subscription reporting and project management.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations and financial reports on project production, subscriber consumption, revenue, receivables and credit banks across diverse markets.
  • Establish “business rules” defining diversity of expectations and requirements by market and utility service area.
  • In collaboration with the technology team, establish consolidated metrics and reporting across projects and markets.
  • Monitor and influence standards and policies around revenue assurance.
  • Collaborate with technology team on seamless UX and data exchange and validation between Solar Landscape third parties.
  • Establish quality assurance standards for a variety of operational functions and acquisition channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in community solar operations, retail electric operations, or the like.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft 365 including Excel, PowerBi & Dynamics.
  • Experience with Python, SQL or the like.
  • Advanced understanding of database structures.
  • Experience with product management desirable.
  • Excellent analytic and communications skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
